In the Fall
Climate change effects the following
- The problem is how the leaves are effected differently due to the changes in the climate. The precipitation, humidity, and the movement of trees headed up north are all examples of how this particular season will forever.
Fall foliage is like many other “things to do in Maine,” many people drive large distances to spend the day going from town to town to take in the beauty in the changing of the seasons. That surge of people end up stopping for lunch in the small towns they pass through, this season brings quite a bit of business. These aren’t normal summer folks, these people are overly joyful people who have spent all day enjoying the foliage. These types of people keep little towns like Rangeley and many others goin during slower times. Without the foliage “season” smaller places on the map won’t be visited because they don’t have shopping malls and lots of options for entertainment.
It’s hard to believe that I have only brought up a few examples of very different industries that will be largely effected by climate change. Think of your own ideas of places that will largely be effected, this should make you think twice about how you can help the fight against climate change. Every single person has something they can do to help. Do your part!
